Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Bitflash Casino (“Bitflash”, “we”, “us”) at bitflash.casino is owned and operated by Bitflash Enterprises. These terms are an agreement between you and Bitflash Enterprises. By creating an account, playing as a guest or otherwise using Bitflash, you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Bitflash.

2. Play money only

• Every balance on Bitflash is in Volts, a play-money unit. Volts have no monetary value.
• Volts can’t be bought, and Bitflash has no purchases of any kind.
• Volts can’t be cashed out, withdrawn, exchanged or redeemed for money, crypto, goods or anything else of value, and nothing on Bitflash pays real prizes.
• Volts and accounts may not be sold, bought or traded for anything of value, on Bitflash or anywhere else. Doing so breaks these terms.
• Because Volts are play money, we may correct balances that come from a bug, an error or a breach of these terms.

3. Who can play

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
• Bitflash simulates gambling. Don’t use it where simulated gambling is not allowed, and don’t use it if you have, or are recovering from, a gambling problem. Our Responsible Gambling page lists places to get help.
• Play on Bitflash does not mean you would win at real-money gambling. Real gambling has a house edge; Bitflash does not.

4. Your account

• You can play as a guest or create an account. A guest account lives in this browser; if you sign out or clear the browser, it may be lost.
• One account per person. Extra accounts used to collect rewards, rig races or leaderboards, tip yourself, or get around a block or ban break these terms.
• Keep your password, passkeys and linked sign-in providers safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Usernames must not impersonate anyone, include contact details, or be offensive. We may change a username that breaks this rule.

5. Games and fairness

• Every game result is decided on our server from provably fair seeds. You can check any bet on the Fairness page.
• Every game is built to pay back exactly 100% on average over time. Single sessions still go up and down.
• No one, including us, can choose, preview or change a game result.
• If a bet is affected by a bug, outage or obvious error, we may void it and return the stake. Results that come from exploiting a bug are void.
• Don’t use bots, scripts or automation to play, except the auto-bet features Bitflash itself offers. Don’t try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Rewards, races, VIP and the shop

Faucet claims, rakeback, races, challenges, achievements, VIP levels, promo codes and shop items are all play-money features. Their rules are shown where you use them. We may change, pause or end any of them at any time, and we may withdraw rewards that came from breaking these terms.

7. Community rules

Chat, direct messages, profiles, game requests and Live Support are for everyone. Don’t post:

• harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination;
• sexual content, or anything involving minors;
• spam, scams, phishing links or advertising;
• offers to buy, sell or trade Volts or accounts, or links to real-money gambling;
• other people’s personal information, or anything illegal.

Moderators may remove content, mute or block, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Your content

You keep the rights to what you write. You give Bitflash permission to store and show it on Bitflash so the features work (for example your chat messages to other players, or your game request to everyone). If you want something you wrote removed, ask us and we will remove it.

9. Our content and other brands

The Bitflash name, logo, games, art, sounds and code are ours. Some games are inspired by well-known games from other studios, and the site’s layout follows popular online casinos. Bitflash is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of them, and their names and trademarks belong to their owners. Every game, name, drawing and sound on Bitflash is our own work.

10. The service

Bitflash is provided free and “as is”. We work to keep it running and fair, but it may have bugs, go down for maintenance, or change. We may add, change or remove games and features, and we may reset play-money balances if we ever have to.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using Bitflash at any time and ask us to delete your account through Live Support or email. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Closing an account ends its Volts, which have no value.

12. Liability

Bitflash is a free game with no money involved, so to the extent the law allows, Bitflash Enterprises is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost play money, or loss from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or takes away your rights as a consumer where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell signed-in players about important changes. If you keep using Bitflash after a change, the new terms apply.
